In R12, how can one view output run by another user. SYSADMIN can only view log but not output. How

Hi:

In R12, how can one view output for a process run by another user? In 11i, there is a profile (View Concurrent Output or something like that). But this is not available in R12. So, how can one view output be viewed fro support purposes?
