Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. library not found error when opening an seeded FA report in Reports builder!

I'm getting the below error when I try to open oracle's seeded Asset Additions Report(FAS420.rdf) using reports builder 10g

Unable to find PL/SQL library 'fadolif'

I could not find this library even in $AU_TOP/resource on the server.

Any advise would help.
