Need help in creating a .csv file from eTxt Template

The requirement is to generate a CSV file with filename as TPI-YYYYMMDD-STATUS.csv. I created an eText Template but the file generated is a .txt file.

Please advise how to do this in BI Pubisher 11g Enterprise.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
