Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to use the Credit Memo invoice apply to Transaction without performing Receipt?

Hi everyone,

I have a question to ask you about applying Credit Memo to Invoice.

If I have created 2 transactions as the Class is "Invoice" and "Credit Memo".

If I don't want to create Receipt transaction, I would like know if how can I apply this Credit Memo to this Invoice?

Please suggest.
