Order Entry >> Ordered Quantity in whole numbers ONLY (ZERO Decimal precision)

Hi,

Product release and version is R12.1.3.

User wants to control the format of the QUANTITY-FIELD during OE. They wish to have 

"Zero Decimal Precision in Ordered Quantity Field"; Only whole-numbers be accepted by the system.

Because it is observed that in one of the Sales Orders, one of the end-users has entered the 'Ordered QTY' as "0.1" instead of "1" and the SO was finalized.

How can that be achieved?
