Entry of Time Card using OTL Partner Assistant

Hi,

I need to restrict the entry of Time Card for employees according to their Geographical Hierarch for OTL Partner Assistant

I have created a Global Security profile with options "Secure Organizations by organization hierarchy and / or organization", with the Top Organization being the Business Group

I have attached the Global Security profile to the HR: Security Profile

When I login using the OTL Partner Assistant responsibbility, it does not show any employees

Can you guide me if I am missing any step
