Solaris 5.9 Generic_122300-13 Sun-Fire-V890
command "init 5, init 6, shutdown immediate, shutdown -y -g0 -i5 and shutdown -y -g0 -i6" not work.
 Only command "reboot" work normal.

What may cause command init and shutdown commands work abnormal?
