Email outbound activities appearing in Calendar
Hi,
We have noticed that email - outbound activities, generated by Siebel following an Email Request activity, are appearing in the calendar. I've done a bit of research & found that i can turn off the activity in the comms template but our users still want to see the Email Outbound activity.
I also spotted that this is driven by the value of the Display field being set to 'Calendar and Activities', how can i change this value to 'Activities Only' which is an active value in the ACTIVITY_DISPLAY_CODE LOV?
