Build Default Approval List and Does Approver Have Authority Errors on Oracle iProcurement

I have been experiencing two particular errors when users create requisitions from Oracle iProcurement (Build Default Approval List and Does Approver Have Authority)
I used Oracle Diagnostics to troubleshoot this particular requisition and stumbled upon some anomalies (the output has been uploaded). Under WF_USERS, WF_ROLES and WF_USER_ROLES section you will notice there is an extra party HZ_PARTY:79753 who shares the same ORIG_SYSTEM_ID with a staff. This i believe is what is casuing the 2 errors we get, Build Approval List and Does Approver Have Authority.
