Cancel button on Outbound Email is clocking
Hi,
In my siebel call center application when I'm clicking on Cancel button the application is clocking for more then 5 mins and at last getting the error "You cannot currently update this record. Please check the No Update propertieson the Applet, Business Component and Link.(SBL-DAT-00284)". I have checked 'No Update’ property of the Applet and Business Component and both setup as ‘FALSE’. Still not checked what link I need to chcek. Any suggestion what else I've to check and what will be the solution for this problem.
