Concurrent manager Error Staus 137, 138

What is the meaning of this error? What Can cause this?

These are found from our ERP Instances Internal manager Log. Sometime it say  'status 137- giving up' and I find internal manager down.

Bus Error - core dumped

The ERPPROD_0120@ERPPROD internal concurrent manager has terminated with status 138 - giving up.
