Add to dictionary in SR Note is clocking
Hi,
This is a problem with my siebel call center application when I click on "add to dictionary" button to add any word to the dictionary from SR-Note screen. If I click on the "Add to dictionary" button the the application will clock for a long time and the IE will be grayed out and at last I have to clock the IE from task manager. I have tried the below:
1. checked the active user session running on application servers. Could see that we have only one active session.
2. Deleted the user preferences file (.spf) where the work will be saved. But its still not working. This problem is only with but but other user with same position and responsibility are not face the same issue.
