Duplicate From Active Database - Oracle 10 G

Hi,

I have successfully used the RMAN Duplicate Command on 11g earlier, but it does not appear like we can do that in Oracle 10 G ?

I have a small database for DEV environment (with NOARCHIVELOG), and I do want to duplicate it on other server.  At the same time, I really do not want to shutdown the database if I can help it.
