Prevent regional customer service from ordering parts
We are working to develop a process to prevent regional CS from ordering parts that we no longer sell (no quantity on hand in US or at the DC). I would like to disable customer ordering, but I am concerned this will not allow us to book RMAs for the part. If this is true, then I would think we want to leave customer ordering enabled. Aside from removing pricing, do you have an alternate solution for preventing Customer Service from ordering parts that are no longer available?
