How is the party_UID (UCM_PARTY_UID) generated un mdm?

Hi,
I'm having trouble finding how is the UCM_PARTY_UID generated. I need to know how is it generated, the format and the sources used to do that.

I'm going to load the childs directly to the base tables with EIM and make teh relationship with the parents loaded with UCM.
