Long running JOBS in oracle

Hi DBAs,

DB=10.2.0.4, 2-node RAC Db
Type=Reporting server (OLAP)
RHEL 4.

We have some ETLs jobs running in OLAP db. All ETL jobs should completes in 5 to 10 mins.

But, from last 4 days one of ETL job took 400 mins to complete and its failed with ora-1555 error.

How can troubleshoot this kind of issues? Could you please help me out on this?
