ePro Buyer (Inactive Status)
we are on PeopleTools 8.49 and 9.0 Application release (FYI).
Question: we had a ePro buyer setup and from last couple of years had created PO's on behalf of Buyer. the Buyer is now left the company (Set to Inactive/locked PeopleSoft profile for the same User and Buyer setup is removed within ePro). the issue we are having is, the user/buyer is still having pending PO's still needs to be processed. we are also having issues, searching the PO's pending with the same buyer .
when we try PRINT the PO's, the system gives error message , that the Buyer is inactive. we also cannot modify the PO with the same buyer name (remember, the userprofile is locked/inactive within peoplesoft).
