RTE PO Receipt Reversals

Does anyone one know if Purchase Order Receipt Reversal information can be sent up through Real Time Events (RTE RTRECOUT) can be sent through to the iSupplier Portal.  Receipts seem to be working fine, however when a purchase order receipt is reversed we do not seem to get the information.  Wondering if we are missing something in the setup or how this works?  Any help would be very much appreciated.
