LGWR: I/O error 3113 archiving log 2 to 'primarystby'

Hi,

Here's the brief description of the problem:

1. We have 2 node RAC 10.2.0.4 with 2 instances each of two databases (primary1, secondary1 on node 1) and (primary 2, secondary2 on node2 ).
2. We have disaster recovery site in Chicago with a stand alone physical standby databases (primarystby and secondarystby)
3. Till the last december 2011, we didn't had any problems updating both standby databases from the RAC instances to both the standby databases.
4. From this Jan 2012, one weekend there was a connection problem with ATT carrier and on that week end , I saw the below error,
