Getting 'Duplicate Qualifiers exist' error while clicking on 'Update' button in copied offers

Hi

On copying an offer with Customer and Territory as the qualifiers, and then on clicking 'Update' button on the copied offer, we get this error 'Duplicate qualifiers exist. (Qualifier Grouping No.: 10, Context: Territories, Attribute: Territory)'.

We searched through many forums and also opened the seeded API 'OzfOfferPvt.processModifiers' to debug. But we are unable to figure out what causes this error. This issue only happens on copied offers, not on the original offer.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

This is little urgent, hence will appreciate if someone can provide any clues on trying to resolve this
