Configure R12 Internet Expenses for American Express Global file formats GL1025 and GL1080

Specifically I want to know if I need to configure SQL*Loader control files for GL1025 and GL1080 like we used to for the KR-1025 files?

Does anyone know how to configure R12 OIE to accept the GL1025 and GL1080 file formats - apart from what is in the Metalink Note Support For American Express Global Card Program – Credit Card Format GL1025 [ID 1119813.1]
