Is the relationship type setup between 2 parties / entities is mere label connecting 2 entities ??
Wanted to know whether the relationship that is used to connect 2 parties / entities is a mere label connecting them. or does it have any significant functionality / process flow / workflow around the same.
Navigation : customer support -> customer management -> contact center
Query the child entity , flip to relationship tab, set the relationship as needed between 2 entities like "parent-of", "associate-of" ..
