About registration of "AR:approval limits"

Hi,experts

Does anyone know if it is possible to use API for registered of approval limits.

My customer wants to register a approval limits automatically, when employees are created.
Because, All the employees need to do adjustment, receipt write-off.

I know,we can register approval limits manually in next form.
Setup > Transactions > Approval Limits
