Improtant update from Oracle Agile Upgrade session on Feb 8 on FTS

Hi All,

Oracle Support have said very clearly that all customers who use FTS(Full text searches) or not use will need to update the FTS also the content_url as part of the post upgrade.

If not done this will affect the perfromance.

There will be separate session on the same very soon.
