No of days in the last stage under opportunities

I want to know how many days an opportunity stays in a particular stage after it is last modified.
For eg; if i have an opportunity which i had modified on 1st Feb, then it should give me the count for days afte that as of today.
Like it will "9".

Is there a way to count the difference between two days (last stage modified date - todays date)

Please  help.
