Order Type Validation Work flow in order management

Hi,
I want to ask about order management module in oracle r11.
I have setup order type and submit validate workflow.
The view output log :

Please correct the following reported Errors/Warnings in the respective Order Types -

Validating Order Type : SAM-LK-2012 (1812)

Please verify that the value for attribute WAIT_RELATIVE_TIME of activity WAIT in process R_STANDARD_HEADER ( Order Flow - Generic ) is greater than the average time it takes Workflow Background Process to complete.

Please verify that activity SHIP_LINE precedes FULFILL_LINE in process R_NO_INVOICE_LINE ( Line Flow - Generic, Ship Only ).

Please verify that the value for attribute WAIT_RELATIVE_TIME of activity WAIT in process R_NO_INVOICE_LINE ( Line Flow - Generic, Ship Only ) is greater than the average time it takes Workflow Background Process to complete.
