FSG to Report Manager

When I use the Report Manager to get output, I receive no values back, or let me put it this was, I only receive R1000,00 in all the rows.

The bigger issue is that this happens intemittantly, I will create a template, use it to run the report a couple of times and then out of the blue, it returns R1000.00
