How to cancel the Billing Event Created in Project Contracts?

Hi All

We are creating the Billing Events in Project contracrect based on Deliverables and we bill these events thru Project Billing. If want to cancel the wrongly billed event , how to do that? It this change should be available in both Project Billing and Project Contract?

Please advice
