Help with Forms Personalization - issue with 'Prompt-Text'
I did an exercise in Forms Personalization to use the ACCOUNT field seen in the Contact Center (Service Request tab view) to be the Additional Info DFF field for all practical purposes.
This was accomplished by changing the label = Account to be e.g. Subject ( 'Subject' is the label I wanted to associate to the DFF. Hiding the ACCOUNT field itself (DISPLAYED (APPLICATIONS COVER = False)
and changing the X,and Y positions of the DFF to the same position as the old ACCOUNT field. This worked fine. However when you click on a header field e.g. contact lastname in the Contact Center and then clear the Form, the label reverts back to Account ( So my ''Subject' is overwritten by the base code, and even if I try to overwrite it again, this action is ignored by the Form) |
