Is it possible to have EDI Inbound programs process the value in field URRF - User Reserved Fields?

Goal

Is it possible to have EDI Inbound and Outbound programs process values in the User Reserved Fields in the files? 

Solution

User Reserved fields can be passed by EDI programs in all Releases of JD Edwards World.

As of Release A9.2, the User-Defined Data enhancement (Document 858973.1) consists of numerous new files in which you can store extra data pertinent to sales orders, purchase orders, inventory items, customers and suppliers.

The new functionality also accommodates Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) clients who require a greater number of fields in which to store trading partner specific data that is applicable to each sales order and purchase order transaction.
