R46171 process pick request job stream...

Running R46171 process pick request in production for 'ST' type orders doesn't produce an F4611 record, running in any other environment is fine, additionally we pointed our production UBE to our validation environment and the process runs fine, meaning the UBE in production works fine and it must be data related such as a UDC code or some other element ? Thx
