has view_recompile_jan2008cpu.sql been run

We started to regularly patch our rac environments in Jan 2010.  We thought that we had run view_recompile_jan2008cpu.sql on all of our databases at that time.  Now, when we query registry$history in a few databases, it shows that we have not run view_recompile_jan2008cpu.sql.  These are not new databases.  They all existed in Jan 2010.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a way other than registry$history to determine if view_recompile_jan2008cpu.sql has been run?  Thanks.
