Rate amounts in F06106 disappearing when plan enrollment is ended

Has anyone experienced the rate amount disappearing or being wiped out of the employee pay instructions when a plan has been ended in the enrollment override screen (P08330)?

This just began happening for us and we are not sure what is triggering it.  It seems to occur for employees that have been terminated but it doesn't happen with every dba.  For instance, the medical pay instruction may have the rate removed, but the dental and vision rates will remain.  On another employee, all three rates may disappear. 

We recently applied some ESUs but none of the SARs appear to be anything that would have impacted this area.
