Utility to Migrate Admin data after upgrade to 8.1.x

Hi,
We are upgrading our systems from 7.8.2.14 to 8.1.1.7. Does anyone knows if Oracle has some tool to migrate the admin data like LOVs, PDQs, View-Responsibilities etc in the new environment? How they are generally migrated to the upgraded version? I am putting up this question because in one of my previous upgrades (7.5.x to 8.0.x) we did the migration of the admin data using some excel macro.
