dhcpd keeps crashing on Enterprise/Proxy controller

I have the latest OC 11.1.0.1571 installed on a Solaris 10 U10 host, and am running a collocated proxy and enterprise controller. I'm noticing that the dhcpd service starts up but then stops and goes into maintenance mode. The dhcp-server process runs fine. I put the dhcpd process in debug logging mode and I don't see any problems. Looking at svcs -x, it just says something about the process restarting too fast and getting killed.
On my EC, setting up the DHCP service and range seems to work fine, and I can run things like dhtadm and pntadm on the host and see there's a config in there, but none of my assets can netboot because this daemon keeps crashing. I've tried deleting /var/dhcp as well as deinstalling/reinstalling the proxy controller and nothing seems to help.

Howdy, Stranger!
