PO Hierarchy Setup Issue

Hello Friends,

I have one query , hope I will get the answer.

We are facing one problem while creating PO hierarchy.

1. We already have one Business Group & HR Organization.i.e. "SGL Group"

2. Now our client required to create seprate BG & HR organization namley "IVL Group" in the same instance, we had done all setup's related to that.

3. But while creating JOB / Postion / Employee in US HRMS responsibility, Organization which was exist earlier only showing in LOV "SGL Group", its not showing "IVL-Group"

Due to that positon is not showing in Approval Assignment

First of all please let me know that can we make 2 HR Organization ? If Yes then which setup we are missing ?
