Error (SBL-DAT-00215)When I want to add actionlink to an account name or a service number

Hi dear expers,

I haved created a report about Service Requests' list in OD, and need to add link to the service number or account name.

First I tried to add action links using Action Link classes as help,

I added the Custom Text Format as below,

I got access denied(SBL-DAT-00215) when I clicked the link of the report.

Then I tried add action links using URLs, with the Customer Text Format of account as below,
