Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is highest DB_BLOCK_SIZE for oracle 11g 64 bit on AIX 64 bit system

shall we change db_block_size from 8k to 16k in oracle 11g database by not dropping the database.
