10gR2(10.2.0.4) enterprise Manager Grid Control upgradation to 11gR2

Hi Expert,we are running Oracle Enterprise Manager grid Control 10gR2(10.2.0.4) . and one RAC DB (10.2.0.4) and 4 other single instance DB are being Managed from this Enterprise Manager grid Control. and agent version is also 10.2.0.4 on all the boxes. we are planning to upgrade it from 10.2.0.4 to 11gR2. i have below question

1- if we only upgrade enterprise manager grid Control then is it possible 10.2.0.4 agent can be managed from 11gR2 OEM ?
2- what will be the best way to perform this up gradation. any one can provide me the steps to do this?
