OVM guest OS licencing

Hi all,

I'm considering using OVM and am trying to estimate the total cost.

My concern is for guest OS (windows Server 2008) for my VMs.

Should i plan to buy a Windows server licence for every VM or just for the physical host ? (for comparison HyperV provides Windows Server licences for VMs)

I just realize this can be a microsoft question but i'm asking just in case ...
