ACFS-9352: Unable to write to '/etc/devlink.tab'.on 2 node RAC install

While installing 2node RAC 11gr2 on Sun Sol,intial prechecks passed, patches applied manually with no errors, but after the root.sh is run, I am getting this error:
Adding daemon to inittab
ACFS-9200: Supported
ACFS-9300: ADVM/ACFS distribution files found.
ACFS-9312: Existing ADVM/ACFS installation detected.
ACFS-9314: Removing previous ADVM/ACFS installation.
ACFS-9352: Unable to write to '/etc/devlink.tab'.
ACFS-9305: ADVM/ACFS installation can not proceed:
ACFS-9306: Failed to uninstall previous installation.
USM driver install actions failed
