Migrating from Raw to JFS2 on AIX6L

With migrating our AIX oracle databases (datafiles, redo logs, archivelogs, control files) to JF2 Filesystems, I am looking for the optimal manner in which to create JFS2 filesystems for our Oracle databases. Our databases currently on raw have a number of tablespaces and each of these tablespaces have multiple raw devices defined to them. My database blocksize is 16k. With my research, I see many different ways in which to do this (mklv, crts) but I am unsure of the exact syntax to do this. Do I create a jfs2 file system for each raw device currently defined to a tablespace. Thanks...........Sandy
