Structural Changes for Projects from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

Hi,

I am working in a client implementation that has as scope to build to interfaces:

- Interface projects and tasks created in a labor third party system to Oracle Projects

- Interface the time entered in the labor third party system to Oracle Projects.

The current version of the Oracle implementation is 12.0.6 and we plan to finish with our project in july. The customer will upgrade to 12.1.3 in august. Is there any structural change or any other factor we should consider due to this upgrade? For example: some change that will affect the customisation with this upgrade.
