Storing Attention To customer information

Hello,

We are in the process of standardizing customer addresses. One of the major pain points is storing "Attention To" information. It is curently stored in Address1, 2 or 3 depending on the mood of a data entry person. We are trying to apply standards and store this information in such a way that it is stored in a single place on the location/site/account site (??) level and it's available while printing Dunning and Invoices from AR. We are on R12.
