Using Compensation Setup Wizard to update defined Salary Rates
We have gone through the Compensation Setup Wizard and defined our Grades, rates, steps and progression. Contractually we are required to update these rates several times during the course of a year. After using the Setup Wizard to update these defined rates the question is, is it standard Oracle functionality that we are also required to go into the forms and manually update Grade Rates, the minimum, maximum values? Are we doing something wrong or missing some step?
