Oracle EBS Upgrade 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 Vision

Dear All!

today i am upgrade Oracle EBS Vision 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 Successfully . but some forms are not open in Order management.

for example:

open "Price List"  then error  'Pricing APIs are not available for basic pricing installation.'

open "Quote"  then error 'ORA-04062: has been changed  ORA-01403: no_data found'

249 Invalid Object found can't compile.

attached file .

Please help.
