Missing Party informaiton in the current location section upon creation of a new IB record.

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3, and I am having a issue in creating an IB record.  I am able to select the item info and owner just find, but when I am attempting to select the Current Location, of type Party Site, I do not get any results.  I have to select HZ Locations if I want to be able to see anything, but then that shows me everything.  Has anyone else had this issue? Or does anyone have any thoughts on how or what I need to do to fix this issue?

If I didn't answer any questions that may be needed to troubleshoot please let me know.
