oracle apps dba duties

I appologize if I have post it in the wrong forum. It's just that I've been oracle core dba for a long time and now I am about to take on oracle apps dba role. I am very nervous about it. I am not sure what apps dba should do from day to day. Also, as a core dba, I never know or have to know any business processes. Does apps dba have to have lots of business knowledge as well? I just want to know how I can make the transition smoothly. Any apps dba out there, please advice.
