Credit Cards duplicate credit card #

I have a problem in the credit cards, I seem to have a duplicate credit card number, that is affecting my ability to bring in one person's credit card transactions.  The Card number field is protected so I am unable to see or change the credit card number. Anyone aware of a workaround?
