Check Digit/Social Insurance Number Validation not working in production

Hi there,

Anyone have any suggestions for the following issue;

Our check digit or Social Insurance Number validation function is not working in our JDE 9.0 production environment which can result in duplicate entries or incorrect entries. 

The functonality does work in our test environment. 

Any suggestions on where to look or what to do?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
